★ Stocked Items – All in-stock items will ship within 1 week or less from the date of purchase.

★ Made-to-Order/Pre-Order – Please allow 2–4 weeks (or the time stated in the product description) for production and packaging. These pieces are crafted especially for you and your patience is deeply appreciated.

★ Prints – All prints are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party partner InPrint, following their shipping policies.

★ Shipping Costs & Duties – Shipping fees and applicable duties are calculated at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. For international orders, duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

★ Responsibility After Shipment – Once your order has been transferred to USPS or another courier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In such cases, please contact the carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.
